Some people think that people with an engineering or natural sciences background cannot be funny – fact is, the proportion of people with a decent sense of humor in engineering is approximately similar to the ratio of funny people in any other subset of mankind. Trouble is: just, too few people understand their jokes. (Note: most people don’t understand them in any case, whether joke or not, or have been made to believe so by bad maths tuition in high school!)
